FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Device for prediction of respirator stability of patient includes storage device for patient's data, which stores patient's data, and analyser, connected with storage device, calculates index of patient's respiratory stability. Analyser applies one or more rules to patient's data, based on a set of parameters, which in combination were identified as predicting patient's respiratory instability, such as mean airway pressure (MAWP), plateau pressure (PP), saturation of arterial blood with oxygen (SpO2 or SaO2) and heart rate (HR). Basing on application of the rules analyser determines index of patient's respiratory stability.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to reduce lung injury in a more efficient way.
