FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laser equipment and a two-dimensional matrix of laser diodes. Matrix of laser diodes contains lines of laser diodes and two transparent diodes for radiation of laser diodes of the substrate. On one surface of each substrate there are parallel metallized strips with specified width and pitch between them. Rulers of laser diodes have identical length of resonators formed by blind and output mirrors arranged on opposite narrow sides. Rulers are installed with the same-name mirrors on corresponding substrates so that the metallized wide sides of the lines facing each other are in contact with metallized strips and attached to them, forming a series electric circuit of all lines of laser diodes. Outer outputs of the series circuit of the line of laser diodes are intended for connection to the power supply. Channels between adjacent lines of laser diodes are intended for passage of cooling medium.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of uniformity of heat removal from laser diodes.
