FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Detergent composition contains at least one surfactant, at least a system of surfactants, at least one soap or any mixture thereof and a version of the initial lipase. Variant has lipase activity, its sequence is at least 90 %, but less than 100 % identical to SEQ ID NO: 2, and it contains substitutions in positions corresponding to T231R + N233R and at least one or more of D96E, and G38A in SEQ ID NO: 2. Method of producing the detergent composition involves adding a version of the initial lipase to a composition containing at least one surfactant, at least a surfactant system, at least one soap or any mixture thereof. Variant has lipase activity, its sequence is at least 90 % but less than 100 % identical to SEQ ID NO: 2 and contains substitutions in positions corresponding to T231R + N233R and at least one or more (from D96E and G38A in SEQ ID NO: 2). Method of cleaning an object involves bringing a greasy stain present on the object to be cleaned into contact with said composition. Use of said composition in hydrolysis of a carboxylic acid ester, synthesis or re-esterification of the ester, as well as to obtain a stable detergent composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher stability of lipase during storage.
