FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions containing lipase enzymes and bleaching agents, as well as to methods of producing and using such compositions. Described is a method of cleaning fabric or solid surface, or other surface in fabric care and household care, comprising steps of: (a) contacting surface with aqueous solution containing (i) lipase; and (ii) bleaching component and (iii) optional detergent additive; (b) washing and drying fabric or solid surface; wherein lipase includes a version of parent lipase, wherein parent lipase contains amino acid sequence which is at least 60 % identical to mature polypeptide SEQ ID NO: 1 and wherein version of lipase has amino acid sequence which is at least 60 % identical to mature polypeptide SEQ ID NO: 1, or its fragment, having lipase activity, wherein said version contains following substitutes: (a) G91A+D96G+T231R+N233R; (b) T37R+N39R+G91A+D96G+T231R+N233R; (c) G91A+D96G+G225R+T231R+N233R; or (d) G91A+D96G+A150G+T231R+N233R, corresponding to said positions in mature polypeptide SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein version has lipase activity.

EFFECT: improved resistance to oxidative decomposition.
