SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is an option of initial lipase, while the option has lipase activity, its sequence is at least 60%, but less than 100% identical to SEQ ID NO: 2, and it provides for replacement corresponding to R118F. The present invention also relates to compositions or compositions in the form of microcapsules, containing a lipase option according to the present invention, and to liquid products containing a composition in the form of microcapsules according to the present invention, as well as to the use of the specified composition in the form of microcapsules for stabilization of lipase options according to the present invention.
EFFECT: invention allows for obtaining effective lipase and its use in detergent compositions.
