FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry and can be used in open mining of solid mineral deposits using a mining excavator. Method for development of deposits of solid mineral resources includes scooping of rock with a quarry excavator with a ladle, during which rock mass in the ladle can be sorted into a fine fraction passing through the sieving device, and a coarse fraction remaining in the ladle and unloaded into the dump truck. In order to intensify the process of separation of the fine fraction enriched with valuable components after sifting through the holes of the front perforated surface and the perforated surface of the bottom, the fine fraction of the blasted rock mass is pumped by gravity into chutes. By means of system of pneumatic conveying by pipelines fine fraction from chutes is supplied to tight bin of transport facility.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of productivity of processes of extraction and sorting of exploded rock mass, reduction of losses of fine fractions of valuable components, improvement of environmental efficiency due to reduction of dusting during loading and transportation works.
