SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is represented by method for extracting the sum of furocoumarins from cell culture of hemlock patchy (Conium maculatum L.), characterized by that the collected biomass is dried at temperature of 25 °C in dark place protected from light action, then 100 g of hemlock patchy callus culture are degreased successively in three portions of 250 ml of petroleum ether, infused with addition of 500 ml of 70 % aqueous acetone solution and step-by-step treated with 30 % of 10 % alcohol potassium hydroxide solution, 100 ml of 10 % aqueous solution of potassium hydroxide, 100 ml of 10 % solution of hydrochloric acid, 150 ml of chloroform are added, the chloroform layer is separated and dried in a fume cupboard at room temperature. Invention allows to isolate from callus culture hemlock of spotted sum of 0.5 wt% of furocoumarins and which is crystalline powder of light yellow color, odorless.

EFFECT: disclosed method for extracting the sum of furocoumarins from cell culture of hemlock patchy (Conium maculatum L.).
