FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used in production of confectionary products with shell and filling. Disclosed is a confectionary product, which is a coiled roll shell layer with a center-located filling and contains as a shell cotton candy, and as filling – ice cream and additional ingredients, simultaneously comprising fruit, jelly mass, berries, snacks, with following initial ratio: cotton candy – 15–25 wt%, ice cream – 50–60 wt%, additional ingredients – 15–35 wt%, wherein fruit mass is used in the form of jam and / or fresh fruits, jelly mass in form of marmalade, marshmallow, jelly sweets, berries such as raspberries, bilberries, blackberries, sultana grape, and snacks such as cookies, crispy flakes, nuts, small chocolate products, wherein the finished product is packed in a container made in the form of a cone-cake. Filling additionally includes confectionery sprinkling in the form of crushed nuts, coconut chips, sugar powder and waffle crumbs.
EFFECT: invention ensures expansion of taste properties of confectionary products and allows diversifying the range.
