FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for surgical treatment of idiopathic macular retinal ruptures. Method for obtaining an autologous thrombocyte-enriched blood plasma involves sampling venous blood in a syringe connected to the catheter and having a preset anticoagulant. Syringe is closed, the contents are mixed and introduced into the YCELLBIO-KIT test tube by 18 G needle through the paracentral opening in the test tube lid. Centrifugation is performed at room temperature with rotation speed 4,000 rpm for 5 minutes. Plasma layer rich in thrombocytes is extracted with blunt-ended 27 G thin-walled cannula through a central opening in a test tube lid. Venous blood volume for males is 12.5 ml, while for females – 13.5.

EFFECT: invention enables producing an autologous thrombocyte-rich plasma with a high thrombocyte content from a small amount of blood.
