SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes drive system for control of platform and saddle of rehabilitation simulator for limb and body recovery and rehabilitation simulator, relates to medical equipment and is intended for use in treating pathologies of lower extremities and spinal column. Drive system is designed to control rotation of object relative to two perpendicular axes of rotation. Rehabilitation simulator containing such a drive system is designed for restoring lower extremities and trunk. Drive system (10) comprises: first fixed supporting structure (16); second movable support structure (56) mounted on first support structure (16) to provide rotation about fixed axis of rotation (x); first drive unit (12, 24, 26, 28, 30) equipped with first motor device (24), first output element (12) and first transmission means (26, 28, 30); second drive unit (14, 52, 53, 54) equipped with second motor device (52, 53), second output element (14) and second transmission (54) means. First drive element (12) is connected with possibility to transfer driving force of the second support structure (56) to provide rotation relative to the first rotation axis (x). First motor device (24) controls rotation of first output element (12) together with second support structure (56) relative to first rotation axis (x) and comprises first motor (24) and first drive shaft to which driving force of first motor (24) is transmitted, which provides rotation relative to axis of first motor (x2). Second output element (14) is installed on the second supporting structure (56) to provide rotation around the second rotation axis (y). Second propulsion device (52, 53) controls rotation of second output element (14) around second rotation axis (y) and comprises second motor (52) and second drive shaft (53), to which driving force of second motor (52) is transmitted, which provides rotation relative to axis of second motor (y). Second drive unit (14, 52, 53, 54) is installed on the second supporting structure (56) and is connected to it with the possibility to transfer driving force, ensuring rotation relative to the first rotation axis (x). Movable object (104) rigidly attached to second output element (14) can freely rotate relative to first rotation axis (x) under control of first drive unit (12, 24, 26, 28, 30) and around second axis of rotation (y) under control of second drive unit (14, 52, 53, 54). Axis (x2) of the first engine runs parallel and at a distance from the first rotation axis (x), while the axis (y) of the second engine coincides with the second axis of rotation (y).
EFFECT: inventions allow the patient to perform therapeutic exercises both in a straightened standing position and in a sitting position simultaneously with an active and passive method and with the possibility of controlling the degree of recovery by measuring biomechanical and functional parameters.
