FIELD: training; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: training simulator for laparoscopic skills training contains a manipulation stand for fixation of a training model, a tool stand for fixation of instruments, a tripod for a laparoscope and an optical tripod for fixing a telephone and a camera. Tool stand has a working part, which simulates an anterior abdominal wall with a trocar channel and is installed with possibility of changing orientation relative to horizontal plane due to loop fastening and fixing by fixing bolt and with possibility of rotation around its axis due to flat-hinged fastening. Centre of the working part has a silicone base and a hole with diameter of 5 mm for insertion of instruments. Tripod for the laparoscope has a clamp-type fixture for the laparoscope and a channel in the centre for the optical trocar, two bolts with a head for fixing the trocar. Optical tripod has fasteners for fixing a smartphone and a user video camera with a flat-hinged mechanism. Support part of optical tripod is equipped with three vacuum suction cups for stable attachment when working with optical devices, and a frame consisting of two mutually movable parts connected by a loop fastening is attached to the support part by a flat-hinged mechanism. Manipulation stand has the possibility of adjusting the height and mobility of the working plane on which the training model is located, and is fixed by loop fasteners to two plates relative to which this plane is movable. Working plane is made of polymer pierced by fixing needles.
