FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for simulation training of a sliding laparoscopic intracorporeal knot. Training is performed with the help of box simulators for practicing laparoscopic skills of open and closed types. Training consists in successive performance of the following actions by trainees consisting of three stages: initial stage—fabric stitching and formation of two successive multidirectional loops; intermediate stage—tightening of loops, forming a slip semi-knot (ISSK) and testing degree of its tightening; the final stage is matching the wound edges by lowering the ISSK on the sutured tissue and fixing it with several loops.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency of training a sliding laparoscopic intracorporeal knot, provides the necessary visual and tactile control when tightening the knot, which prevents the occurrence of errors during training, facilitates and speeds up training in simulation conditions, enables to standardize the training process due to the sequence of actions for mastering the knot application technique.
