FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Method for production of functional food product from poultry egg includes separation of egg albumen from yolk, mixing of egg albumen with preliminarily produced extract or juice of cranberry berries, holding the obtained mixture for 5 to 15 minutes, followed by heating to temperature of 80–88 °C. Then decantation is carried out till final product with moisture content is 75–85 %. Extract or juice of cranberries is taken in amount of 11 to 40 % of egg albumen.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product for prevention of alimentary-dependent diseases associated with carbohydrate and fat metabolism disorders.
