SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, to devices increasing passive safety of vehicles. Bumper protective device for cars, in which the front beam of the vehicle power frame is used as a bumper-beam, if the bumper protective device is put in front of the car, or its rear beam if bumper device is put behind the car. Bumper-beam is located inside the housing, having box-like cross-section, made of one or two beams with a channel cross-section. In the gap between the beam-bumper and the beam of the housing with interference along the corrugations tops, a package is inserted, which is assembled from multilayer multi-span corrugated packs, which are assembled from steel coppered tapes "corrugation in corrugation", between which there are steel copper-plated smooth strip-tape with thickness higher than in corrugated band. Beam housing, which directly interacts with obstacle during emergency collision, is made of sheet from aluminum alloy and is made with channel cross section, with bent to sides of car ends. Packages are assembled from one, two or three corrugated tapes, each pair of corrugated packages or corrugated tapes rests "top to top" on a smooth tape located between them. At the top of the central corrugation they are welded together by roller welding so that each smooth tape and a pair of corrugated packages or corrugated tapes resting on it form a single unit.

EFFECT: higher safety at frontal and lateral impact.
