SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Image prediction method, in which the first reference unit for the image unit is obtained, wherein the same affine model is used for the image unit and the first reference unit; obtaining movement information of two or more control points in a first reference unit; and obtaining motion information of pixel point or pixel matrix of image unit in accordance with movement information of said two or more control points.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of encoding efficiency due to improvement of prediction accuracy.
