FIELD: video encoding.
SUBSTANCE: potential candidate affine block is determined, wherein the potential candidate affine block is an affine-encoded block that is spatially adjacent to the current image block. Predictors of motion vectors of at least two control points of the current image block are obtained in accordance with the motion vectors of at least two control points of a potentially suitable affine block. The differences in the motion vectors of at least two of said control points of the current image block are obtained from the bit stream. The motion vectors of these at least two control points of the current image block are obtained. The motion vector of each pixel point or each pixel matrix of the current image block is obtained in accordance with the motion vectors of the mentioned control points of the current image block.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of image encoding.
