FIELD: video encoding.
SUBSTANCE: potentially suitable affine block is determined by an image encoder or an image decoder. Moreover, a potentially suitable affine block is an affine-coded block that is spatially adjacent to the current image block. Motion vectors (MV) of at least two control points of the current image block are obtained in accordance with the motion vectors of at least two control points of a potentially suitable affine block. The motion vector of each pixel point or each pixel matrix of the current image block is obtained in accordance with the motion vectors of at least two control points of the current image block. Based on the motion vector of each pixel point or each pixel matrix of the current image block, the predicted values of the current image block are obtained.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of image encoding.
