BYPASS CONNECTION OF CRANES ON MAIN GAS PIPELINES, USED TO PREVENT CATASTROPHIC DEVELOPMENT OF EMERGENCY SITUATION IN CASE OF INTEGRITY FAILURE OF MAIN GAS LINE TO PROVIDE CRANE WITH PULSE GAS IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND FOR ITS USE AS PULSED GAS ACCUMULATOR Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F17D3/00 F17D5/00

Abstract RU 2714466 C2

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: technical solution relates to valves production, in particular, to safety, fire-prevention, shutoff and emergency devices serving to shut off flow of pumped medium into emergency area formed on protected object, is used to prevent emergencies and to avoid possible catastrophes. Bypass piping of cranes on main gas pipelines, used to prevent catastrophic development of emergency situation in case of failure of integrity of main gas line to provide crane with pulse gas in emergency situations and for use thereof as pulsed gas accumulator, which includes system of pipelines 1, control unit of crane 2, gas cleaning system 10, shutoff valves 12 and gas pressure sensor 13, is characterized by that it comprises section of bypass connection of crane 3 between bypass 5 and vent 6 valves used as a pulsed gas accumulator 7, gas bleed units 8 from the existing main gas line before and after tap 3, pulse piping 14 with check valves 9, gas supply unit 11 from the pulsed gas accumulator 7 to control unit 2 by valve 3.

EFFECT: invention can be used primarily in systems for ensuring safety of operation of gas mains for pumping gas.
