FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abdominal and military field surgery. Two fine-pored hypoallergenic sterile polyurethane sponges with single-lumen drains are placed on the surface of the pancreas. One sponge is placed on the anterior surface of the pancreas, and the other is placed on the other surface of the pancreas accessible during mobilization. Pancreas together with both spongy-drainage systems is wrapped with a synthetic double-layer drainage film with microperforations Suprasorb CNP Drainage Film. Two single-lumen drains are brought out through a separate incision on the lateral abdominal wall in the left hypochondrium. Incision is sealed with an airtight synthetic film. Drains are connected to a system for creating negative pressure with a value of negative pressure of 120 mm Hg. Every third day sponge-drainage systems and synthetic two-layer drainage film are replaced with Suprasorb CNP Drainage Film microperforations to form granulation tissue and cleanse the wound surface of the tail and body of the pancreas.
EFFECT: method enables to evacuate pancreatic discharge and lysed necrotic tissues from the area of the injured pancreas with a gunshot wound of the tail and body of the pancreas, to create healthy granulation tissue on pancreas and parapancreatic fat, to avoid development of purulent complications in abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space, promotes earlier reduction of enzymatic peritonitis.
