ANTI-MIGRATORY STENT-ENDOPROSTHESIS AND DELIVERY DEVICE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61F2/90 A61F2/966

Abstract RU 2714577 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to a device for introduction into hollow organs in order to increase their lumen and a device for delivery of this device. Anti-migration stent-endoprosthesis for hollow organs is made of alloy with shape memory, with possibility of change of configuration at introduction into cavity of hollow organ, and contains sections made with possibility of their opposite unwinding. Anti-migration stent-endoprosthesis is made in the form of a hollow mesh cylinder formed by an interlacing of wire from alloy with shape memory and consists of alternating belts of a mesh of two types. First type mesh belt consists of one row of compressed wire mesh cells uniformly expanding when heated in transverse direction. Mesh belt of the second type consists of one row of mesh strained in compressed state and swirled relative to the stent lengthwise axis and untwisted at heating in the installation place. Each next belt of wire cells of the grid of the second type is twisted oppositely in relation to the previous belt of the second type, which realizes possibility of opposite shift movements of belts of the first type relative to each other at expansion of stent in the place of installation. Facility for delivery of the above-mentioned anti-migration stent-endoprosthesis comprises a unit for fixation of the anti-migration stent-endoprosthesis from internal and external tubes, coaxial relative to each other, a sliding element located between them, on which the delivered stent is placed, and a pusher located at the proximal end of the inner tube. Sliding element is made of separate opposite-rotating relative to each other segments, realizing possibility of opposite shifts for belts of anti-migration stent-endoprosthesis at its expansion in place of installation.

EFFECT: technical result of the declared group of inventions consists in widening the range of hollow organs recovery means and in the arsenal of their delivery means.
