FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely, to system for delivery of self-expanding stent. System for delivery of self-expanding stent includes internal part, placed coaxially relative to external part, pusher, placed on proximal end of internal part, and sliding element, located coaxially to internal part. Internal and external parts include distal and proximal ends. Sliding element is placed in and contacts with internal diameter of stent. Before opening, stent is held in internal diameter of external part. During stent opening sliding element can revolve and move in longitudinal direction along internal part, making it possible for stent to move distally or rotate in external part, while external part is pulled away for stent to open.

EFFECT: system of delivery makes it possible to hold stent on delivery catheter, simultaneously making it possible for stent to change length and rotate inside catheter, if necessary.
