FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel biologically active ferrocenylalkyl derivatives of C, C'-dipyrazolylselenides of general formula (I), where R is H or CH3 or C6H5, R1 is CH3, CF3, C6H5, R2 is CH3, CF3, C6H5. Invention also relates to versions of the method for production thereof. First version of method involves interaction α-hydroxyalkylferrocene, selected from ferrocenylmethanol, ferrocenylethanol, ferrocenylphenylmethanol with dipyrazolylselenide in a two-phase system containing a water-immiscible organic solvent, selected from CH2Cl2, C2H4Cl2, CHCl3, CCl4, benzene, and an aqueous solution of concentrated acid selected from HBF4, HClO4. Second version of the method envisages interaction of ferrocenylalkylpyrazole with selenium dioxide in pyridine solution during boiling. Desired product is subjected to chromatographic purification on silica gel using both versions of the method using methylene chloride as the eluent.
