FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing ferrocenylalkyl derivatives of C, C'-dipyrazolylselenide of the following general formula, where R1 = CH3, CF3, C6H5; R2 = CH3, CF3, C6H5. Method involves reaction of iodomethylate of N,N-dimethylaminomethylferrocene with corresponding dipyrazolylselenide in a liquid medium which contains water or dimethylformamide or dimethylsulphoxide as a solvent. Reaction is carried out in the presence of an alkali metal hydroxide or carbonate, the reaction product is separated, dissolved in methylene chloride, washed with a sodium chloride solution, evaporated and subjected to chromatographic purification on silica gel using dichloromethane as eluent.
EFFECT: ferrocenylalkyl derivatives C,C'-dipirazolylselenide obtained according to the method have adaptogenic and protective activity.
