FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly to reference voltage sources. Technical result is achieved due to availability of bi-polar transistors base displacement circuit, consisting of temperature coefficient control unit, which performs conversion of digital code into temperature coefficient of output current, and a load resistor connected between the emitter and the collector of bipolar transistors, as well as due to the presence of a current source controlled by voltage, with offset adjustment performed by the bias voltage control unit included in the current controlled voltage source.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of reference voltage source with calibration of output voltage with improved operational characteristics, namely with stable output voltage after calibration and automatic process of adjustment of controlled elements.
