System for receiving and transmitting information with conversion of information signals, comprising a unit for making a record on an individual type of presenting information when it is transmitted, characterized by that a unit for comparing individual types of information presentation is introduced, memory unit of individual type of information presentation, which output is connected to input of recording entry unit on individual type of information presentation during its transfer and with first input of comparator of individual types of information presentation, unit for selecting an individual presentation type of received information, and a first output of which is connected to a second input of a unit for comparing individual types of information presentation, as well as a unit for converting individual types of presenting information into signals for receiving by a subscriber in conditions of functional disorders of its perception, first input of which is connected to output of unit for selecting individual type of presentation of received information, and second input is connected to output of comparator of individual types of information presentation.
