System consists of Informing on Start of Actualization subsystem with three simultaneous information channels, one of which is intended for notification of organizations included in mailing list, two other channels are intended for notification of organizations, both included and not included in the list of dispatches, and subsystem "Collection and processing of reviews of organizations", intended for authorized transmission of information from devices of profile specialists representatives of industry organizations for making changes in industry standard with means of sorting data in accordance with templates for an industry standard with input changes from devices of profile organizations.

EFFECT: high reliability and speed of processing data simultaneously in several transmission channels for synchronous processing of data.
