FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Cage (10) for spinal column comprises first support plate (12), second support plate (14), plate propulsor, hinge (16) and at least one support element (28). First support plate is pivotally connected to the second support plate by a hinge. Plate propulsor is actuated by actuator (22) and is arranged between first and second thrust plates. Plate propulsor is made with possibility of sliding along inclined surface on first support plate. Hinge is installed in elongated hole made in hinge housing protruding from first support plate. Hinge freely moves and rotates in elongated hole. Support element is offset from hinge and/or first support plate and is made with possibility of translational movement and rotation around axis of rotation.
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to adjust an angle of lordosis between two vertebrae after installation in a compressed configuration.
