SUBSTANCE: invention relates to livestock sector, in particular, to a device for in-line spraying for vaccination and / or treatment of birds with probiotics and a method for treatment of young birds. Device comprises a housing, at least one activated automatic spray nozzle, including: electric, pneumatic or hydraulic drive mechanism, and nozzle tip, which generates during use from fluid medium, on which pressure acts from 30 psi to 80 psi, drops, the size of which ranges from approximately 125 micrometers to approximately 300 micrometers, programmable spraying module programmed to actuate at least one automatic nozzle between open and closed positions. Programmable spraying module is electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically connected to said at least one automatic spray nozzle. Said at least one automatic atomising nozzle is in fluid communication with the fluid tank.
