FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a sprayer for spraying a microfluidic fluid aerosol and can be used in cosmetics, perfumes, purification of semiconductor wafers, medical sprayers, for fuel injection, spray driers. Sprayer for spraying a jet fluid aerosol comprises a spray nozzle assembly which comprises at least one spray nozzle having a chamber for receiving a compressed fluid therein and having perforated nozzle wall for outlet of fluid micro-jet aerosol. Sprayer nozzle is formed by nozzle housing, comprising bearing housing with at least one cavity, which opens on main surface of bearing housing. Bearing body is coated with membrane layer on main surface. Membrane layer is equipped with at least one nozzle hole passing through thickness of membrane layer in area of cavity with formation of membrane of nozzle on each of at least one cavity, which is in fluid communication with corresponding cavity. At least one nozzle orifice comprises at least one diverting opening of the nozzle releasing the micro-jet at the deflected angle along the jet line directed away from the imaginary central line of the opening. At least one nozzle diverting hole is in free connection with fluid flow channel, having asymmetric transverse flow profile in terms of fluid flow resistance from cavity in direction to nozzle hole.

EFFECT: group of inventions technical result is providing and maintaining a relatively narrow distribution of size of droplets of micro jets and drops obtained by means of a Rayleigh destruction mechanism at a precisely determined angle of deviation.
