FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, namely to the method of winding insulation of traction electrical machines. Main poles of traction electric machines (TEM) with crane-beam or telpher are installed on rods and bolted to places of standard fixation, wherein spherical 4 and flat 5 poles with infrared radiators move into working position around main pole, after which bars are rotated about its axis by frequency-controlled asynchronous electric motor 2 of low power through reduction gear 3 and V-belt transmission 9. Curved infrared radiators 6 provide uniform heating of the main surface of the pole, and flat radiators 5 – additional uniform heating from the rear sides. Uniform rotation of rods in combination with operation of infrared radiators provides uniform distribution of energy of heating and heat flow on entire surface of main pole.
EFFECT: higher uniformity of drying insulation is technical result of invention.
