FIELD: super-high frequency equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave equipment and can be used in meat processing industry for processing ground meat raw material, for example, for minced meat cooking. Installation with coaxially arranged resonators for heat treatment and sterilization of milled meat raw material in continuous mode includes internal quadrangular prismatic resonator 2 without upper base, coaxially installed in outer quadrangular non-ferromagnetic prism 1 so that on top both prisms are closed by its upper non-ferromagnetic base 3. Prism bottom bases 1, 2 are made from non-ferromagnetic lattices 8, 9 and are arranged parallel with gap equal to multiple half of wave length, and with possibility of stepwise adjustment of gap due to movement of lower grate 9. Lattices are vibrated by means of electrovibrator 6. Size of cells of lower grid 9 is less than that of upper grate 8. Non-ferromagnetic two grids 8, 9 form capacitor part of external resonator 1. Emitters from main magnetrons 7 located on side faces of external prism 1 are directed into capacitor part. Additional magnetron 5 is installed on cover 3 so that the radiator is directed into the internal quadrangular prismatic resonator 2. Length of internal prismatic resonator 2 is equal to multiple half of wave length. On cover 3 there is vessel 4 in the form of a truncated cone with a small base at the bottom, the diameter of which is less than a quarter of the wave length. Gap between the lateral faces of prisms 1, 2 and the middle perimeter of this gap are multiples of half the wavelength. Gap between the side edges of the prisms and the capacitor part form external resonator 1 of a non-conventional configuration.

EFFECT: providing high intensity of electric field for treatment of meat raw material in continuous mode with observance of electromagnetic safety without screening housing.
