SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and microbiology. Disclosed is a method of identifying and quantifying pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria Bacillus cereus, Campylobacter coli, Campylobacter jejuni, Clostridium perfringens, Cronobacter sakazii, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella enteric, Shigella sp., Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio cholera, Vibrio parahaemoliticus in food substrates using high-performance sequencing.
EFFECT: invention can be used in food industry in identifying pathogenic and opportunistic bacteria and assessing their quantitative relationships due to high sensitivity of the method and high accuracy thereof.
