FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to genetic engineering, and can be used in veterinary practice to detect genetic material (DNA) of microorganisms Listeria monocytogenes in samples of biomaterial from poultry, in fodder, biomaterial samples from animals, washings from surfaces, as well as for solving research tasks on study of agent properties, studying its role while providing veterinary and sanitary measures at industrial poultry farms, as per efficiency evaluation of detergents and disinfectants. Use of specific primers and a probe enables detecting the genetic material of the microorganism Listeria monocytogenes in the analysed samples by a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with hybridisation-fluorescent detection in real time.
EFFECT: invention enables to identify genetic material of microorganism Listeria monocytogenes using hybridization-fluorescent detection in real time in samples of liquid nutrient media of preliminary accumulation.
