FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering and specifically to a method of making articles from explosive composition. Method comprises preparation of explosive composition in replaceable bowl of vertical mixer, its disconnection from mixing head with mixers, transportation to molding phase, connection of bowl to body of piston hydraulic displacement system, removal of air from under-piston space through system of filters and valves in piston, product molding. Herewith, the removable bowl is tightly connected to the body of the piston hydraulic displacement system with formation of a sealed volume above the piston. Piston displacement is started after evacuation of under-piston space, which is carried out indirectly through gas-dynamically connected sealed over-piston volume of housing of piston displacement system.
EFFECT: high quality of the article by monolithic property, as well as simultaneous simplification of the method and its hardware.
