FIELD: rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket technology, and in particular to a complex for molding products from an explosive composition (EC). The complex contains a replaceable bowl with an explosive composition, hermetically connected to the body of the displacement system, which includes a piston fastened to a rod, and a system for vacuuming the under-piston space through the over-piston volume by means of valves and filters located in the piston. Between the cover of the body of the displacement system and the piston there is a plate made with the possibility of moving along the rod, equipped with rods on the side of the bowl. The piston is provided with holes located in response to the rods, made with the possibility of hermetic movement of the piston along the rods. On the free end of each of the rods, a spark-safe tip is fixed or the plate is connected to the cover of the displacement system housing, evenly spaced along the circumference by flexible ties of estimated length, providing the formation of a spark-safe gap between the rods and the bottom of the bowl.
EFFECT: complex improves the quality of products in terms of solidity due to the elimination of air inclusions in the deep layers of the explosive composition remaining after mixing the components and removing the agitators, eliminating the need to use additional mechanical devices between the drain valve of the bowl and the product to remove air from the explosive composition.
