FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing a wear-resistant plate based on wood-based materials, comprising on the upper side at least one decorative layer, in particular in the form of a printed pattern, comprising the steps of: applying at least one first layer of resin on at least one decorative layer on the upper side and on the lower side of the board based on wood materials; uniform distribution of wear-resistant particles on the resin first layer on the wood-based plate base; drying a first resin layer provided with wear-resistant particles on an upper side and a first resin layer on a lower side of the wood based material board in at least one drying device; applying at least one second resin layer on the dried first resin layer, having wear-resistant particles on the upper side and on the dried first resin layer on the wood-based substrate bottom side; drying, respectively, a second resin layer on the upper side and lower side of the board based on wood materials in at least one drying device and pressing the multilayer structure. Present invention also relates to a production line for implementing the method and to a board based on wood-based materials.

EFFECT: invention reduces wear of the system, in particular wear of the pressure plate in the press.
