SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wood-based wear-resistant plate with an upper side and a lower side, wherein at least one decorative layer is provided on the upper side, in particular as the printed decor, and a protective layer of still not completely cured resin, the method comprising the steps of: (i) applying at least one first resin layer on top side of wood-based board having a decorative layer and a protective layer, wherein board based on wood material, provided with protective layer and decorative layer, before application of first layer of resin is not heated in dryer, (ii) uniform distribution of wear-resistant particles onto the first resin layer on the wood-based panel top side; wherein the first resin layer, provided with wear-resistant particles, on the upper side of the wood-based board is not dried after application, and (iii) applying at least one second resin layer to a first wet resin layer, having wear-resistant particles, on the wood-based substrate top side, (iv) subsequent drying of the structure from the first resin layer and the second resin layer on the upper side of the wood based material board in at least one drying device. Present invention also relates to a production line for this method.
