FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for dental implantation on the upper or lower jaw and depending on the results of determining the bone density of the jaw. Cone-beam computerized tomography (CBCT) of a patient's jaw is performed. Adequate location for the future implant, as well as metric dimensions of the "bone block" – a local fragment of the alveolar process, in the volume of which the future implant is to be located, as well as determining bone density, is determined. According to the results of CBCT, the doctor determines only the prospective anatomical site for the implant installation in the alveolar jaw. Thereafter, the X-ray and densitometry data are recorded in a computer program, which determines the most optimal bone block for implant installation and determines its metric dimensions depending on anatomy of adjoining elements – roots of teeth, vessels – and by specified parameters determines implant size – height and diameter, wherein quality of bone tissue is determined throughout the bone block and by schedules included into program, the pitch and depth of external thread of the implant surface is determined, thus, the computer creates a virtual model of the implant. Implant has a variable-pitch thread on the outer side, defined by a non-linear relationship between bone quality and pitch, and variable depth determined by non-linear relationship between thread depth and bone density. Program determines the maximum possible size of the implant to ensure its long-term functioning. Above model is checked by a doctor and sent in the form of a file to a machine with numerical program control for making the implant. After the milling operation, the surface of the implant is roughened and sterilized. Besides, based on the same parameters produced on the basis of CBCT and processed by the program, a surgical template is made with an accurate design entry point of the implant.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain an individual implant adapted for each patient due to the fact that the pitch and depth of the thread on the external surface of the implant vary smoothly in height in accordance with the density of bone tissue.
