FIELD: medicine; dentistry; maxillofacial surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and maxillofacial surgery, it can be used for the individualization of dental implants. A CT scan of the patient is obtained using a computer tomography with a nominal power of 57-90 kV. A computer tomography is analyzed to determine the optical density of bone tissue and the threaded surface of the dental implant is selected. The profile of the threaded surface of the dental implant is selected according to the 5 types of bone density indicated in table 1 contained in the description. Next, the length and diameter of the future individual dental implant are selected. Then, the implant billet is made and the surface geometry is applied using an ytterbium laser system using laser ablation in atmospheric argon. The laser has a wavelength of 1064 nm with a continuous power of 20 W, a scanning speed of 8.7 m/s and a laser spot size of 0.1 mm.
EFFECT: method allows increasing efficiency of production of individual medical devices and availability of the method for dental implantation.
