FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for teaching and improving surgical skills of students of medical schools and doctors. Surgical kit for training operations on heart and vessels in conditions of artificial circulation comprises simulator model with opening of operative field and a pump for continuous injection of a blood simulator into a pipeline with a disposable detachable aortic tube and a disposable detachable atrial venous tube placed in the surgical site opening. Set additionally contains a compensating tank with a neck, turnstiles, disposable removable femoral tubes, an aortic cannula, an atrioventricular cannula and peripheral access cannulas. Aortic cannula, atrioventricular cannula and peripheral access cannulas are connected with cardiopulmonary bypass. Training model is made in the form of a full-height mannequin of an individual with an opening of an operating field with an area of not more than 35 cm2 and an additional opening of an operation field with an area of not more than 10 cm2. In an additional opening there are disposable removable femoral tubes connected inside the mannequin with parts of the pipeline forming a closed circuit with a pump for continuous injection of a blood imitator, a compensation tank, disposable removable femoral tubes, a disposable detachable aortic tube and a disposable detachable atrial-venous tube.
EFFECT: device allows reducing the time required for trainees to obtain and consolidate surgical skills.
