FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: thermally non-strengthening aluminium electrical alloys. Electrical aluminium alloy contains, wt.%: Fe – up to 0.2, Si – up to 0.08, Zr – 0.05-0.11, Sc – 0.01-0.03, Er and Yb – 0.02-0.15 in total or separately, inevitable impurities – no more than 0.01 each, no more than 0.05 in total, including V, Ti, Mn, Cr – no more than 0.02 in total, aluminium – no less than 99.5. In its structure, it has nanodispersed precipitates with a crystal lattice of L12 of phases Al3Sc and Al3Zr, as well as complex phases Al3(Sc,Zr) and Al3(Sc,Zr,Er,Yb). The alloy may also contain Ce and Y in an amount of 0.05-0.3 wt.% in total or separately.
EFFECT: alloy has high mechanical properties, as well as high electrical conductivity of at least 60% IACS, including after heating at temperatures up to 300°C, inclusive.
