FIELD: aircraft; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural composite materials for use in aircraft engineering and relates to filler for filling cavities in structures from composite material. Filler comprises a compressed matrix of fibres, uniform in all directions, wherein matrix of fibres comprises: a first set of intermittent fibres, in which each fibre of the first plurality of intermittent fibres comprises a reinforcing material; and a second plurality of intermittent fibres, wherein each fibre of the second plurality of intermittent fibres comprises a binder. Intermittent fibres of the first set and the second set of discontinuous fibres are randomly oriented and intertwined. Fill is formed so that to have shape selected for cavity of structure from composite material, besides, cavity is to be filled with filler.
EFFECT: invention provides preventing formation of cracks in composite aggregates.
