In a liquid evaporation device containing a gas flow mini or micro channel, in the bottom wall of which there is a cavern of rectangular shape with a liquid, according to the invention, in the lower wall of the channel at the gas-liquid interface there is a grating, consisting of longitudinal ribs of rectangular shape, wherein the upper edge of the rib has a longitudinal groove of triangular shape.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the evaporation intensity, a decrease in the metal consumption of the evaporators.
