FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices for development and strengthening of muscles and joints by exercises on overcoming of counteracting force, namely to simulator of passive load. According to the present invention, the simulator consists of thoracic retainer (1), a pair of elbow pins (2), belt (3), a pair of wrist retainers (4), a pair of knee pads (5), a pair of leg fixators (6), a pair of foot retainers (7) and elastic cables (8, 8'). Its action is aimed at creating an additional effort on the whole body in sports, and the simulator can be used in athletics, weightlifting, martial arts, and so forth.
EFFECT: such simulator has a relatively simple design consisting of simple and inexpensive elements, easy to implement and helps to achieve an effective result in sports; as well as it can be worn on any type of clothes and adjust force of load.
