SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic and aesthetic surgery. Transaxillary approach is used to form an implant pocket, and an implant is inserted into the formed pocket and a drainage is installed. It is preceded by hydrodissection under the greater pectoral muscle, at the attachment point of the rectus and external oblique muscles and under the serratus anterior. A pocket for the implant is formed, reaching the point of attachment of the rectus and external oblique muscles of the abdomen and the serratus anterior muscle to the ribs. Then a bed for the lower and external poles of the implant is formed from rectus and oblique abdominal muscles and serratus anterior muscle, performing detachment of anterior, serratus and oblique muscles, subcutaneous fat and skin in a single block.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the stability of the implant, to increase the duration of the mammoplasty result, and also allows to exclude the probability of lowering the implant and deformation of the breast regardless of the time interval passed after the operation.
