FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: shell frame for augmentation of jaw bone tissue includes a perimeter, a working part inside the perimeter, an attachment zone with holes for fixing screws. The shell frame is made for full covering a volume of built-up bone tissue and adjacency on edges, along the entire perimeter to bone tissue, and it is made by CAD/CAM milling method for a billet of pressed zirconium dioxide powder. The working part inside the perimeter is separated from a contour of bone tissue to create a sealed cavity above bone tissue after its installation. Holes for fixing screws are outside the perimeter and outside the working part. A method for augmentation of jaw bone tissue, using the above-mentioned shell frame, consists in that, when implementing the method, a copy of the shell frame and a device for packaging material with a holder are used. The frame copy is applied to the mucous membrane to determine a local anesthesia zone. Planned access is marked. An incision is made. Soft tissues are peeled off. The frame copy is installed to a planned augmentation site. Soft tissues are mobilized to cover the augmentation zone with a covering flap without tension, orienting on the installed frame copy. Drilling is performed in the area of fixing screws. Curettage and decortication of bone tissue are performed in the augmentation area. The sterile shell frame and the device for packaging material are unpacked. Bone material is introduced in the sterile shell frame. Introduced bone material is packed with the packaging device. The sterile shell frame is installed in the prepared space and fixed with screws. Sutures are applied.

EFFECT: inventions provide obtainment of a given volume of bone tissue, increase in the accuracy of the manufacture of a frame, increase in the accuracy of dosing of bone tissue material for augmentation, reduction in contamination with microflora, improvement of sealing during frame installation, and reduction in complications after surgery.
