SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemical-pharmaceutical industry. Fluorescent sensor for detecting lysosomes in vitro contains a BODIPY family fluorophore, wherein fluorophore contains 4,4-difluoro-5-phenyl-3-(1,5-diphenyl-3-1H-pyrazolyl)-8-trifluoromethyl-4-bora-3a, 4a-diaza-8-indacene.

EFFECT: invention provides a fluorescent sensor having high photostability, low toxicity, which enables reliable detection of lysosomes in living cells and suitable for lifelong staining.
