FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Intraoral optical microscope (IOM) comprises an EHEV1-200USB microscope with a video camera fixed in a clamp. At the same time on the outer side of one of the wings of the microscope clamp there is a cylinder-like bed with vertical slots and a hinge inside. Stock on the outer side has a thread and a nut for fixation of the hinge in the position of its contact with the inner surface of the bed. Besides, IOM is equipped with connecting hinge in clamp for microscope with headrest clamp by holding arc made of flexible wire enclosed in insulating material, and IOM is connected to a computer configured to detect tooth crown restoration defects and making a decision on whether to correct or replace it.
EFFECT: using the given invention will allow providing more accurate in-oral visualization of the dental surface.
