FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of products containing biologically active substances (BAS), treatment of biological raw materials and can be used in food, pharmaceutical and perfume-cosmetic industry. Biological raw materials containing proteins, fats, polysaccharides, water are placed in a sealed container, treated under pressure with an organic extractant permitted for use in food industry. After contact of the extractant with biological raw material, the obtained mixture of extracted components and extractant is separated from the fat and water fractions. Fat fraction and extracted raw materials are used separately. Biological raw materials are represented by mixtures of animal and vegetal raw materials with preliminarily removed components which deteriorate the end product quality.
EFFECT: development of a universal technology for processing biological raw materials with maximum use of biological raw materials.
