FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly immunology, and can be used for human immune cell stimulation. To stimulate cells of the human immune system, the preparation is prepared by extracting homogenate of algae Laminaria Japonica and Laminaria Angustata in water-isobutanol solution at ratio of 1 g:2.5 ml:2.5 ml to obtain a homogeneous mixture at the output, which is then held for 1 hour at 60 °C and then incubated at room temperature for 10–15 hours, then collecting supernatant, which is centrifuged at 3000 rpm 30 min at +4 °C. Further, the supernatant formed during centrifugation is placed in a vacuum evaporator and blown with argon, and then vacuum drying at room temperature for 1 hour and then at 60 °C until complete evaporation of liquid fraction, after which obtained residue is diluted with water to obtain 5 % solution and subjected to ultracentrifugation at 100,000 rpm for an hour. Then, the formed supernatant is collected and centrifuged using 10 kDa test tubes for 1 hour at 5,000 rpm, after which the filtered bottom fraction is collected and centrifuged using 5 kDa test tubes for 1 hour at 5,000 rpm, thereafter, an upper fraction which has not been filtered is collected and dissolved in NaCl 500 ml to a final concentration of 10 mg/ml. Prepared preparation is introduced per os to patient 1 ml before meals once a day for two weeks.

EFFECT: using this method enables stimulating cells of the human immune system, which leads to normalization of immune status indicators.
